About Releasing
Releasing is a simple and very profound process that anyone can use. By letting go of negative thoughts, feelings and emotional blocks we immediately become more loving, peaceful, happy and successful.
Success coaching, PTSD, anger management, find your true potential and more.
With the current political environment, a worldwide pandemic and other hot button issues, it can be very beneficial for you.
About the Calls
The FREE calls are open to everyone as an introduction to Releasing and Releasing support. They contain laughter, love, lively communication for our Releasing community and tips focused on Releasing to current events.
These FREE online workshops will be led by Kate Freeman or one of our Heart of Releasing teachers or coaches.
After you register below, you will receive an email with a link to join the calls and you can use the same link for every Monday and Tuesday call
The call takes place in a friendly and safe environment and Releasing becomes easier and easier with each call.

Kate Freeman (Founder)
